React Job: .NET Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented, self-driven and customer-focused software developer, who is passionate about designing, creating and maintaining high-quality software that solves real-world problems. A desire to lead in a collaborative, fast-paced environment using the latest available technologies is essential.

As part of an agile development team you will work closely with our development and product teams to play a key role in defining and shaping new features and products.

• Designing, implementing, and testing features for web & cloud-based applications and services
• Defining requirements together with stakeholders, product owners and analysts
• Producing technical specifications where necessary for new features and application enhancements
• Coaching and supporting more junior developers through code reviews and overseeing and continuously enhancing appropriate standards and processes

• A strong understanding of and practical experience in .NET web application development and modern frameworks
• Able to create end-to-end solutions for web applications and develop prototypes quickly
• Able to contribute to the design of robust, scalable, secure, modular enterprise applications
• A good knowledge of relational database management systems design and performance characteristics
• Practical working experience using agile practices and continuous integration and delivery processes
• Able to think analytically, work as part of a team and possess good communication skills in English

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience, ideally in financial services / technology
• 3-5 years proficiency in .NET, C#, Object Orientation and Design Patterns
• Experience with JSON, XML and RESTful services, Web API, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, MVC
• 2-3 years experience using JavaScript and frameworks (exposure to ReactJS a plus)
• 3-5 years experience with RDBMS, Microsoft SQL Server a plus
